has anyone ever had a fight or confrontation with a another guest or a cm while in the world?

On my trip last year, me and my g/f got in a pretty big argument at MGM, or no Hollywood studios?? At the end it was pretty funny. She wanted to go to the little mermaid show, which I did not want to go to at all, so I got forced into going that because of the argument. While being there we were still angry at each other, and I was stuck sitting through that. I'm sure everyones had a moment similar to that!
Unfortunately Yes.
A few years ago, we were waiting for the parade and my DD was holding onto my sons stroller. DD was about 15-16 at the time. Another family (with 2 little kids) came and physically pushed her. They even knocked the stroller over! (I had ds in my arms thank goodness) They started SCREAMING at DD. Now I'm not lightweight but this woman was VERY large. She began to "bump" her back into the crowd with her chest, yelling and screaming racial slurs the entire time.
DD starts to cry and my dh just went a "tad" nutsI tried to find a cm- nowhere to be found- the group of guests around saw the entire episode and stuck up for DD .
After all was said and done- the family backed off after seeing the other guests get involved.
It was really very upsetting and the language was totally unacceptable. I couldnt believe it!
They ended up being a bit behind us for the parade. DD was very shaken- I was livid- BUT dd didn't want it to end like that so she asked the 2 little kids that were with the "meanie" family if they would like to squish in front of us to view the parade.![]()
I was sitting for the Dreams Come True Parade and a lady in front of me had 2 of those big balloons that were flying all over the place. People behind and around me were getting annoyed as it blocked the view of the parade and photo taking too. I politely asked her if she could keep the balloons tied down so we would be able to see - she totally ignored me.
I thought it was very rude and it is a shame that people do not have common courtesy. Needless to say, in most of my parade photos - there are 2 big character balloons blocking the float photos.
I think someone should start a thread called, "pet peeves at WDW."
how rude. after asking once or twice, the sharpest thing I had would have to come out to pop those balloons.![]()
Do you make rude folks a part of your touring plans. Is it interesting to dwell on a very small group of people.WDW is just like everywhere you go in this world ,yes you have fights and rude people. This thread does not violate any posting guidelines yet but aren't you more interested on all the magic and good things about WDW and advice on how to have a great experience at WDW than chat on something that is not going to help you one bit in planning your WDW experience.
