Which is shocking to me considering Belgium has been the better team in UEFA for most of the last 4 years.I think this Croatian team is easily the best team in the group.
I only watch Premier League Buzzy. I’m sure MLS is on some channel but not sure which.@Wakey, if Messi comes to Inter Miami (MLS), will you tune into MLS next season?
Well, it won’t be on tv so…..I only watch Premier League Buzzy. I’m sure MLS is on some channel but not sure which.
I watch Premier League because Leeds are in it. Therefore I will watch other matches as well in Premier League but the only matches I have to watch are the Leeds ones- can’t miss them.
Don’t watch any Euro leagues for example.
If I lived in the States I’d support a team and watch them and maybe go to games like I do here in U.K. when I get tickets (I’m hoping the Leeds stadium expansion happens next few years when 49ers complete the buy out).
There are a lot of American owners now- seen as a good investment I think as TV rights just go up a lot every time.Well, it won’t be on tv so…..
The 49ers haven’t done much for the NFL in a while, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up with the new ownership. American owners seem to be overly criticized in England.

Croatia 4 - Canada 1
Be proud Canada. You guys tried your best and now you can look towards the Gold Cup next summer. Keep supporting your national team Canada. Only positives ahead.![]()
Second place means nothing to NFL fans. It’s Super Bowl wins or bust.Lost in the conference championship game last year and in the Superbowl two years ago.

This is true for most small markets but living in major media market maybe skewing my view since if the NY Giants make the SB and don’t win the NY media will highly criticize them. To put that in perspective for @Wakey, NY/CA fans are most closely relatable to Manchester/London soccer fans. 49ers ownership is good but I don’t see them putting oil money into the team. I do see them spending the same amount on Leeds as much as they have on the 49ers in the last 5 years in one. Investment is needed on a faster timeline in the PL vs the NFL.Not completely true but to say the 49ers haven't done much in awhile is a bit of a stretch.
Does every fan want their team to win the Super Bowl but most are realistic about their chances and evaluate a season more logically.
At least the fans I know; I won't try to speak for everyone.
