Fiestaware find [craigslist]...celebrate with me?

I've been wanting Fiestaware for YEARS and finally today just got ALL THIS in one shot.

gotta love craigslist!

edited to add I paid $250.

So excited. Knew my budget friends would be happy for me!

2 salt and pepper sets
2 saucers
1 gravy bowl
2 big serving bowls
7 medium serving bowls
2 large oval platters
2 smaller oval platters
1 pie plate
1 casserole with lid
1 butter dish with cover
15 dinner plates
17 bowls [thinking soup? bowls or the medium place setting bowls?]
14 lunch plates
4 small cereal bowls
7 cute little fruit bowls [i think]

Congrats on your settings...did you get a bunch of colors? I'm not a huge fan of some of my colors but they look great stacked. LOL.

WOW- what a buy! Usually the cheapest you can find the 4- or 5-piece place settings is $25. As an added bonus, you didn't have to waffle between which color combos you were really wanting!

Congrats! I have been collecting Fiestaware for about 17 years and love it. We have 15 place settings all in different colors, plus lots and lots of extras. I search ebay and craigslist all the time to find extra pieces.

thanks. I've been eyeing fiestaware for about 10 years does that count? lol.

how fun it is...I can imagine how pretty your collection is ...I am already plotting what else to get someday.

the gal I bought from had been collecting for 12 years. it's addicting obviously. I've been checking craigslist every now and again but never when I had money to buy it until this time.

I have a place setting for 12... brown, navy, lime green, cream, yellow, and cinnabar ( deep red). I have gotten most of mine at Macys. They run the place settings buy one get one and the accesoires at 40% off a couple of times a year. I got the canistars for Christmas... I have to watch sales becasue I can get them new cheaper sometimes.
