Fidelty resale question

I am not sure this is normal or that Fidelity is just so busy, but our SSR purchase went to RFOR on 3/11 and I actually signed the papers and credit card form for 500.00 on 3/4 and I just noticed that my cc has not been charged yet. Has this happened to anyone else?

Last year I put an offer in on a contract that ended up not happening and I remember requesting in writing a refund of my cc deposit which they promptly did refund do so I know my card was charged right away.

This past monday I made an offer on one of their contracts, spoke with Rachel and have yet to hear a word from her/them.

I had the same question. I emailed Sharon & Evy at Fidelity and received a response immediately. They told me that the deposit would not be charged to the credit card until you pass ROFR. I guess they do it that way in the slim chance that Disney does not waive ROFR, Fidelity will not have to refund or reverse the charge for the deposit. BTW, we were submitted to ROFR on 3/04 and I just found out today that we passed! Yours was submitted a week later so maybe by this time next week you will know something. Good luck!

Thanks saintsticket!!! Keeping my fingers crossed and thanks for clarifying, that does make sense with all the contracts they have right not!

Congrats on passing ROFR! I think we need to have a 3/20 resale "get together" in Disney sometime with everyone that is going through this process right now!

called fidelity on Fri the 18th got no one but left message. Monday I called back 9:00am and talked to Rachael and made offer on BWV resale. I also got a call from sharon (I think) about my FRI message and told her I talked to Rachael. So they did call me back first thing Monday.
By noon Monday rachael callled me back to say the offer was excepted and papers were e-mailed to me that day. So far so good, no problems.
