Hi all - I'm about 1/2 through ROFR and I'm wondering what your experience was on closing with Fidelity (my agent is Sharon and she has been great so far) and timeshare title and more. I haven't found a lot about them and I'm just wondering how quick their closing is! We are trying to use our DVC for our last two days of our Sept trip so I'm anxious to close

We used Sharon and had Nancy at TTM. She recived out payment on a Thursday and we closed on a Monday. Nancy seems to be off most Fridays, but the communication was good, and everything got done and filed quickly.

Thanks! How long did it take after ROFR to get to the payment part?

It took about a week to get the closing docs. She emailed them to me, you can either send back with a cashiers check, or they accept wire transfers for a $15 fee. The seller in mine had thier paperwork back quickly too as they were local down there so it went smoothly.

Oh it sounds like it only took about two weeks after ROFR then to close - I hope mine goes that quickly!

Expect the entire process to take 60 days.
