Hey there.
I know this is not the most exciting subject - I apologize in advance...
But as someone who normally tries to use food as fuel... I am concerned about getting enough fibre while still partaking in some of the not-so-healthy-fare.
After a few posts of this nature on the Tip board - I thought maybe others were of the same mind and hopefully some of you have already been there and worked out this problem!
We are on the DxDP and I do plan on eating oatmeal in our room most mornings. I will take leafy salad where I can and eat my veggies... but I'm wondering if there is much in the way of wholegrains, legumes, berries that is readily available at the TS restaurants.
There is nothing worse than feeling gross your whole trip.
As suggested to me, I may bring a fibre supplement with me, but I do prefer to get my fibre from food.
Although I will be at WDW and do like to celebrate my food sometimes and won't not eat something just because it has no fibre... at least not on vacation to the World.
Delicious choices anyone can recommend?
