Few ?'s please

Ok...we are staying at FW in Nov., we are coming down on a Sat. (by flight - using the magical express luggage pickup/dropoff) and leaving Fri. I already have my golf cart reservations, but, here is my ?'s. Should I keep the cart until Thurs. & return it that morning before heading over to the parks, or keep it and turn it in on Fri. morning before we leave (our flight leaves at 10:00 so we will be turning it in by 6:00 am), will they charge another day rental for keeping it overnight - how does that work? Next ? - How do we get our luggage up to the FW check-in/check-out area? I know they will deliver it to our cabin, but, what about departure & how early do we need to get it there? Last ?, how early should we leave the campground to head over to the airport for a 10:00 flight? Thanks a bunch!!

Just wanted to say howdy and Have a GREAT TIME while at FW.

Can't help out with your questions because in 30 years staying at FW we never rented a cart and we never used ME but there will be others who will help you.

I think that they generally pick you up 3 hours before a flight.
For the golf cart you might want to call them and find out at what time they open, if they do not open until 8:00 a.m. you will need to turn it back in the night before.

The Magic Express bus will pick you up at the Outpost about 3 hours before your flight. You will receive a letter the day before you leave with the info, you can then call the desk and ask for a van pick up to the Outpost.
The Bike barn is open from 8am to 6pm but you might just be able to drop it off at 6am,this will count as a full day because a day is pick up at 1pm drop off at 11am.

Wow...3 hrs before, guess we will be getting up earlier than I thought - lol. Do we call a van to pick us up at our cabin and it takes us to the outpost to catch the bus, am I understanding this correctly? If so, I guess the van pickup will need to be around 6:30 to get to the outpost by 7:00 (3 hr mark), for a 10:00 flight, right?
I think we will just turn in the golf cart Thurs. morning instead of Fri. (departure day) no reason to pay for the extra day when we won't be using it, plus we will be leaving way before they open up, although, it sure would have been nice having it there for us when we return back from the parks Thurs. night...oh well!!
