few questions about upcoming trip...park entry / exit

at IOA, Universal, & Wet & Wild...

Can we go out to car and have lunch brought in from home and come back after eating? How does exit/re-entry work? any limitation? do they stamp your wrist or something?

What about exiting park for offsite meal and come back? have to repay for parking?

from your recent trip, how much $$ would average person need for buying drinks and 1 time lunch?

Can you take drinks and snacks inside parks? what did you carry? small backpack be good?

you can leave and return as you please, don't need a stamp, it's all tracked by the ticket.

you can leave the parking garage too and re-enter same day, just show them the recent.

you can bring stuff into the park as well

Coolers are not permitted, but drinks + snacks in a backpack should be fine. Expect around $3 for a large soda (~$8 for a souvenir cup that has $.79 refills) and $7 for lunch.
