Few more HRH questions

I've searched some of the HRH threads, but haven't been able to find answers to these questions. We'll be arriving in April to the HRH, probably around 10-10:30 AM. I know we can check in early and they'll hold our bags so we can go to the parks, but do they have any hospitality room access or anything like that for people in that situation? We'll be flying in from Boston, and leaving our house at 3:30 AM, so we'll probably be pretty bundled up, so it would be nice to be able to change into shorts & T-shirts first, and doing that in the airport is no fun.

Is there a map of room locations available anywhere? Best I could find was the "Post your room number thread." We'll be in a 2 queen deluxe room - are those in a particular location in the hotel, or scattered around?

One of the days we'll be there, the parks are opening at 8:00 AM - probably since there closing at 6 PM for Grad Bash. Does that mean we'll be able to get in at 7 AM for HP, or don't they offer early entry on those days? Also, how wild do things get outside the parks at Grad Bash - wild gangs of teenagers roaming the streets, or do they keep them pretty controlled?

Thanks!

I can answer one of those questions for you, last July our flight did not leave Orlando until 8:00 pm so my wife and I spent the day at the park after we checked out, and it was hot, so when we went back to hotel to get our luggage and catch a cab, they let us go to the fitness area and take showers and change, it was nice they had everything we needed there without unpacking anything, soap, shampoo, deo, qtips razors shaving cream hair dryers all we needed were our fresh clothes.

We came back last week from HRH (another one of those 3:30 am Boston folks; we flew out of Manchester this time however!). Our flight was delayed about an hour due to the wind but we were all checked in by 11:45 am. When I asked about changing our clothes, we were directed to the fitness center. It was great; so much better than changing in a bathroom. We had planned on going to a park but my son wasn't feeling the best, so we explored the hotel, had lunch at the Kitchen, watched the movie in the lobby (which is huge and very relaxing itself). Room was ready around 3:30.

The staff are great; so happy and pleasant.

As for a map, I could not find one either. I had requested a pool view, closest to elevator. We got a great pool view, however the walk to the rooms in the "wings" can be long. We were not close to the elevator!

Thanks to both of you!

One more question for anyone in the know - it says many places on this board that the hotels encourage pool hopping. How do you get between the hotels? Is walking from HRH to PBH feasible, or do you have to wait for a water taxi?

It is about a 5 to 8 minutes from Hrh to PB,the pool at Rpr has no slide but a huge splash area with water canons. Would be along walk from Hrh to Rpr I would at least take water taxi to citywalk then just catch the the next Rpr taxi or it is just a 5to 8 minute walk which starts right beside Jimmy Buffett's. We stayed at Rpr last year I thought my kids would like the splash area,2 of them to small for slides, of course when we went pool hopping they liked the other 2 resorts and pools better so this year we are staying at Hrh. Also the water taxis only go from resort to citywalk and back there are no resort to resort water taxis. So you have to go to citywalk then each dock has a sign for that resort just get in that line for the resort you are trying to get to, longest wait we have had is 15 minutes or so
