Well finally the 20th September has arrived and we were all so excited we
didnt really sleep, Fiona (The Halls) picked us up at 3 am to take us to the Airport.
We were the first to check in on the Monarch flight and were told the flight would be delayed until 10 am
instead of 8.30 am, we sat in the cafe and had a coffee Adam had a sandwich.
When we went through into the departure lounge we were then told the flight would be delayed until 12 noon and we could get a £4 airport voucher each for food.
The other orlando flight took off on time at 11.15am.
Then another announcement over the tanoy the plane needed a part and they were waiting on it to arrive so we wounld be delayed until further notice
We sat and had a burger king which wasnt even very nice, Adam kept asking when are we going
At 12noon still nothing so Craig had a pint and I had a white wine (still too early for me but hey I needed it) no sooner had he brought it to the table and the announcement we were to go to the boarding gate
The flight was fine, we overcome our tiredness and just glad we were on our way.
Oh and Adams tooth fell out on the plane it had been slack and he couldnt leave it alone, he was looking forward to putting it under his pillow in disney for the Disney Tooth Fairy
We landed about 5.30 in the afternoon.
Our taxi was there to pick us up and we left Sanford Airport on our way to CBR.
We checked in and was told we were in Jamaica (I had requested Martinique)
the Receptionist said that was full but she would see what she could do, she came back and had got us what we wanted on 1st floor Martinique.
The room was lovely and new with Nemo bedding we were happy
My auntie was staying at CBR also so we went to the pool bar to meet her for a drinkie had a CS Meal and then back to our room for an early night.
