No one knows for sure.

That said, a lot of people are speculating March 16.

What is it with Disney lately not allowing any dates to be set for anything? Aren't they able to set a date for anything and stick to it anymore?

It just makes it easier on them. People would be really mad if they set a certain opening date and it didn't open. This way, they can estimate when they will be ready and not have to deal with the backlash if they are not.

Because if they don't set a date, then they don't have to stick to it.
