Festival booths and gift card or room charge?

Holiday Festival we were able to charge to our room at all but one booth (CM flat out refused to allow it or to allow us to pay with a gift card). I'm putting my budget together for food and wine and planned on using gift cards but then remembered that incident... did anyone else have problems charging to their room or using a gift card at the booths?

I had no difficulty using gift cards at any of the booths during Festival of Holidays, and we visited at least half a dozen of them.

I used gift cards at all the booths. I never tried to use room charge.

I also used a gift card at all of the booths at the F&W and FoF last year. The only time when I've had issues using a gift card was when the system was down and they couldn't process payments using a gift card (cash only at that point).

On a side note...they even offered gift cards with the F&W and FoF logos on them!
