Ferry from GF to WL?

Is there a ferry that runs around all the MK resorts? Time will not be an issue for us. I was wondering if we would have to switch at the MK or could we stay on one ferry and get from the GF to the WL?

The boat goes from GF to Polynesian, then to MK. At the MK, you can switch to a boat that will go from MK to Fort Wilderness & Wilderness Lodge.
