Feral cats at Disneyland, please help me!

The kittens and mama cat outside WWS are adorable, very friendly and FAT. I seriously doubt they are doing anything to help with rodent population control.
 
I still can't get over the "Double entendre" of... "Disney had a rat problem..."
lol....
