There is no single list as far as i know, just do a google search or you can search here using a keyword like "resale" or "ROFR".
Make sure you search here to see if there are any comments about that company before you actually get serious. Some of the resale companies are not so great and some are good.
If you go to the timeshare store and sign up for their emails. It will give you a nice idea of what is out there. The resale route is a long and drawn out process but you will save a couple grand in the end. Imho this is a good time to buy. The prices are still depressed due to the point use issue. Over time the prices will rebound and go back to pre-3/20 prices. If you don't know what i am talking about then also do a search for "3/20" and you should get several thousand responses to wade though.....
