What was SUPPOSED to happen:
wake up at 3:30a.m., pick up Danielle and Paul at 4:20, get to airport around 4:45, and 7:00a.m. flight to Orlando. Get to hotel, check in, go to Wide World of Sports.
What REALLY happened:
Me, Matt, Mom, and Bill woke up around 3:30 (well my mom woke up at around 2:45), and we were all finally ready by 4:25. We picked up my sister and her boyfriend Paul around 4:30 and we go to the airport around 5:00. Gave them our luggage, went through security, and sat down to get coffe and tea and other beverages. Uncle Eric, Aunt Kathy, Bobci, Jaja, Taylor, Brandon and E.J. got there a couple minutes after, and Jaja and Bobci brought Krispy Kremes. Chuchi (Tracey) Uncle Wayne, Ian and Nate got there a half hour later and informed us that our plane was 50 minutes late. We headed over to the terminal and waited for a LONG while. Once on the plane, it was a two hour flight to orlando, so we arrived there, got our luggage, and into the bus and by the time we got to our hotel (Port Orleans, Riverside) it was 11:30. Since it was early, they couldn't give us our rooms, but our Bobci and Jaja's room was ready, so we decided to go put all of our luggage away. Well, of course, our building (one in magnolia bend...it was next to Petrerre place or how ever you spell it) was so far away. Well, our room was on the third floor and we didnt know there was an elevator, so we ended up carrying ALL of our luggage up three flights of stairs, and since none of us could find it, we walked around the entire building, until we came to the room. Well, none of us really felt like going to WWOS so we just got our bathing suits on, went to the food court, got lunch, and went swimming for a while, by that time the rest of our rooms were ready. So we headed to the rooms, took showers, and went to Downtown Disney. Once there, we ate at Wolfgang Puck, which was excellent. I had a spicy chicken self-size pizza. We shopped a little there, but a storm was coming, and we decided to just take a bus back to the Resort. Also, i must mention, for further on in our trip, that Paul accidentally dropped a luggage on my sisters foot on the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport, and it was starting to swell....Alright, well that was day one. It gets crazier as it goes!
