Hey.

It's encouraging because it has 8 spots to put an x for water so you really want to drink them all to fill up the spots. Lol.

It's hard to plan food because it has to schedule around everybody else too so I don't know about that one.
My mom was showing me exercise stuff and asking if I liked it so I have a feeling I'll be getting a lot for my birthday.
