Feeling much better today!!Headaches are gone.

I am into day three now and ya'll were right!! The headaches are gone!!I am into Ketosis now also. My withdrawal headache was so bad last night I was ready to give up. I went to bed instead and woke up pain free and showing purple on my stick!!

Looks good to see some progress. I went to Walmart to stock up on the sf jello but forgot the whipping cream!!! Jennifer had me so distracted I am surprised I even remembered the jello!!!

I could not do this without you guys. Thanks so much for the advice,encouragement and motivation!! Ya'll are THE BEST!!!!!

Since YESTERDAY! Its a little better today, but I still feel it. Haven't done the "stick" yet, waiting till Friday to do that.
