I had a pretty rough day yesterday dealing with some issues with a friend and I ended up eating probably a little too much at dinner last night.
Then last night I triple checked my alarm clock to make sure that I had set it correctly for DST only to find out this morning when my husband woke me up that while I had set the clock correctly I forgot to turn the darn alarm on so I was late to work.
Then I went ahead and weighed myself this morning (my normal weigh in is on Wednesday) and it said I was up a pound!
Up until yesterday I had stayed on points (I was even just a few points below my minimum on two days) and I was exercising (treadmill and I mowed half the lawn) and drinking water.
I don't understand why the scale would go up. It just really bummed me out more and I wished I had not stepped on the scale in the first place. Even worse is that I wished I had not started back on WW because it feels like just another thing I can fail at.
Now I am sitting at my desk dreaming of going down to the cafeteria and getting some biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. I already went to the vending machine and got a real Coke (3 wasted points).
