Lately, I am feeling really out of sorts. I feel "keyed up" all the time, kind of foggy in the head, fatigued and just not right, if that makes sense. I went to the doctor and she took some blood, glucose and insulin were a little off, but not alarmingly. She sent off more blood which hasn't come back yet. I don't think she really took me seriously; just told me I need to get off artificial sweeteners and exercise more. I just have never felt this way. I don't know if it could be depression or what? I don't feel like I should be depressed. It seems to have come on all of a sudden in the last two weeks. Any ideas?

So, I just took a glucose reading and it is 125. I haven't eaten anything today yet. In March my fasting glucose was 98. Could this be the problem?

I agree with exercise. When I get in a mental funk, exercise always helps pull me out.

If you have no reason to suspect something dangerous, stop worrying about what it "might be". If it persists after a period of exercise, go back and take it from there...

I have a hard time trusting doctors, which is part of the problem. I had three tell me an MRI was normal and then discovered I needed brain surgery. Kind of makes you not trust the drs. They spend five minutes with you, and can't get inside your body to feel what you feel. I guess I will try to exercise more, and see what happens.
