I just need to vent for a minute...
I was all excited because I got a pin code for kids stay, play and dine free. The e-mail had a price example for value resort with the quick service dining plan. I wasn't sure if I could book a mod and the regular dining plan, so I called and talked to a CM.
She told me I could book a mod, gave me a quote of $2185 for POR, with the REGULAR dining plan and 7 day base passes. I had to talk it over with my husband, so I said I would call back.
Well, tonight I'm all ready to book...kind of excited...I'm sure you all understand. I go through the whole thing with the CM and everything is the same except I decided to just stick with the QS dining plan...so should have been cheaper, right??
Nope, it was $2444! For a cheaper dining plan?? I was confused, so while she's checking on it, I get online and price it out. It doesn't add up to that much.....so, I ask her about it and she says that the pin code I have is only for values. So, she did me a favor by making it $2444....
I politely declined and said I had to talk it over with my husband. She says goodbye, and then clicks over. I'm still on the phone waiting for the survey...and the CM starts venting about me to someone else!!! I was like...ummm...hello, still on the phone! She was all of sudden all sweet and apologetic and hung up quickly!
Now I don't know what to do...I was all excited to book and now I just feel bummed....I should have booked when I called the first time.....
Oh...and none of those quotes was with the travel insurance....
