Feeling a little evil with Dad's Wife's Gift

Those sound like lovely and useful gifts that she will like - as others have said, I was waiting for the "evil".

My DH and I have this argument all the time - I feel you do not have to match a certain price point as long as you put some thought into the gift (and if it is on sale, so much the better!). My DH believes in equality (as in $$) for all and it drives me nuts! I would also rather receive a "cheaper" gift but is something I will use and like rather than something expensive that will sit and collect dust.

Sounds perfect to me! I'm sure she'll love it..:santa:

I wish my stepkids were as evil with me. I have received 1 Christmas gift in the 12 years I have been married to their dad.

I used to sometimes feel cheap shopping for my mom. Occasionally, I'll come across something I know she'll like but it costs very little. I always felt like I ought to buy something more. This year I spent $16. She'll love what I bought. If I see something else she'll like, I'll buy it. If not, I'm not stressing over it.

I think you're fine.
