Feedback on Front Desk Staff at AKL

Does anyone have any feedback on the Front Desk people at the AKL. I have been trying to ask for a room request for Saturday and they have been absolutely horrible and rude. I don't know who to turn to now. We always have the same rooms due to a mobility issue and this year they are telling me no since the rooms are in the savannah area, two doors out from the lobby. Now they told me I could "people watch" instead in a room over the transportation area. They are actually insulting. I have been there so many times and this has never happened.

I'm confused...you're paying for a savannah view and requesting a specific room?

Or are you paying for a 'standard' view and requesting a room that overlooks the savannah?
