Feedback on FP strategy for solo rider with 3 tickets

I read HydroGuy's guide to FP (Thank you for all your fantastic advice!) but am in a unique situation. I am going with my DH and 2 kids but only I will be using the FP as they are too young to ride and DH dislikes roller coasters. I will have 3 tickets (DD2 just turned 2 yesterday so no ticket for her) to get FP for me. I am currently thinking I only get 1 FP per ride so I can immediately run to the next ride for another FP with my other 2 tickets, rather than waiting for up to 2 hours. *What do you think of this strategy?

FPs in order of collecting:
Star Tours (maybe 2 and do rider swap as DH may like this one)
Splash
Space
Indy
BTMRR
Autotopia (for DD who is 5, so i may use all 3 tickets for FP here, I think should get this fir a return before 5 pm as she is returning to the park around then and I don't want to waste my FP options by getting it too early since these shouldn't run out early in the day like the E-ticket rides, right?)
Cal Scream
Soaring

Questions:

1) *if the ride has Rider Swap, can I get 1 FP, request the Rider Swap, and then use the Rider Swap myself and go back on again? *No one checks to make sure it isn't the same parent riding again right? The bigger issue is, do I need to have DH and the girls stand near me at the entrance to get the Rider Swap? *They plan to go nap in the afternoon so I will be using most of my FP when they are gone. *So if I need them at the front of the line, I probably won't get to use the Rider Swap option in the afternoon rides.

2) if they have a single rider line, do I still need to get a FP? *Or should I save my FP for rides without that option?

Thank you!

1. This will work sometimes, not always.

2. Single Rider. In some cases the SR go in the FP line so it doesn't make a difference. In some cases SR is faster.

DD5 is too young to ride? You might want to see what she wants to ride when she is there. Don't count on keeping the FPs for yourself.

Thanks for the quick reply! DD5 already refuses to go on PP, Ariel, IASW, and all similar dark rides after seeing the YouTube videos. My guess is she will stick to princess stuff and open air rides.

Yup! Grizzly River Run, California Screamin', Soarin', Indy, and Splash Mountain all have single rider lines which I use quite frequently. I would not get a FP for those rides, as you can utilize the single rider line anytime (as the CM at the front).
