Hi does anyone know if there are any issues on connecting the balconies (removing or opening partition) in rooms 5660/5658 or 5662/5664 or 5162/5164 or 5538/5540 or 5542/5544 or 5038/5040 or 5042/5044?

Sorry just trying to pick the best one. Any reason why these are all still available when not much is? Is their a life boat or anything in the way below, etc.?

Would you personally prefer aft/forward due to any potential noise?

Would any of them open to have 4 balconies in a row? It looks like that white wall might have issues every 2 like on Deck 10?

Thanks!

No problem with partitions being opened on all those pairs. They are small doors that are opened not removed fwiw.

As you likely know, all these pairs connect internally too.

The only pairs I'm not sure about connecting are between the skin. IOW is there a connecting door at skin locale on deck 5 cabins? Please report back if you find the answer.
None of your pairs have skin between though.

No lifeboats in line of sight.

Where the outer skin is located gives a rounded rail balcony albeit results in a slightly less wide balcony beyond the skin. The rounded rail also allows wider view, light, but some would say less privacy due to less deep partition. All factors to consider.

I would choose pair 5660/5558 because it is starboard, aft, and has the round railing facing forward. I you want 4 connecting then grab this pair and add 5662/5664.

If those two pairs are still available grab them immediately.
No idea why all these pairs are still available.
When is the sailing?

If there are kids choose aft. If all adults choose forward.

5560/5658; Aft, fwd skin, fwd facing rounded rail.
5662/5664; Aft, no skin, solid wall aft in 5664 at OV 5666 couch, so no knocking, lol.
these pair all connect into 4 cabin wide balcony.

5538/5540; Fwd, no skin, no round rail.
5542/5544; Fwd, aft skin, aft facing rounded rail.
these pairs all connect into 4 cabin wide balcony.

5162/5164; Aft, mirror image of 5662/5664 but port. Smoking on deck 4 below, 6pm - 6am. Likely only an issue if ship stationary imo.

5042/5044; Fwd, mirror image of 5542/5544 but port.

HTH

ETA; Deck 5 hallways;
Starboard aft hall deadends moving fore. Pluses and minuses.
Starboard fwd hall flows into fwd elevator lobby. Convenient.
Portside hall connects all the way fore and aft regardless of deckplans.
Portside aft has the kids club traffic. Pepe's door tourists. IMO not good.

Walking fore on deck 5, thru elevator lobby, around kids clubs, can get crowded at times. Elevator just outside my choices here starboard aft. So at times halls are crowded go up stairs to 6 and walk fore, or down and outside on deck 4 fore.
