Restaurant.com is offering a FEED IT FORWARD program where you can enter up to 30 emails and they will send these people a free $10 GC to the restaurant in their area of their choice.

Always remember that each restaurant has it's guidelines, the recipient may have to spend $20 - $25 to redeem it -- alas the annual Rest.com debate begins!

I sent one to my son and it worked fine. You can also send a message. The recipient chooses a restaurant, checks out and is allowed to print it with no payment.

Could you provide a bit more detail? Let's say, for instance, restaurant.com has a $25 gift certificate they sell for $10. Do you use the certificate that was mailed to you to pay for the $25 certificate so you get it for free? Or is it a $10 certificate good at one of their normally participating restaurants?

It's a $10 gift certificate for the restaurant you choose. Each restaurant has it's own criteria. There is no payment at all up front for the certificate itself.
