MyPoints doesn't charge any fees. I'm not sure what you're asking about. You need to redeem points for them: 1500 pts for $10 or 3500 pts for $25. If you have 7000 pts you can redeem for 2 - $25 webbies, etc.

If you want the plastic card, webcertificates will charge you $6.95. You have to call them to get it. They just took the money right out of my account, but you could pay with a different credit card if you want. This allows you to use your money anywhere a plastic MasterCard would be accepted. But you don't need the card to use your money, say, online or over the phone. Some people have had luck printing out their account info and taking it to the Disney Store, but I didn't want to chance it. I just keep reloading my plastic card everytime I cash out.

If you don't use your money within a certain amount of time (I believe it's 6 months, but you should double-check the fine print), WC will start deducting a monthly maintenance fee from your account until you use it, add more funds, or it zeros out. You can add funds using a credit card, but they charge you a small % to do that (1% or 2%, can't remember).
