Federal income tax refunds

Okay, starting to freak. I filed my through a online tax service and got a Acceptance letter from them. It showing up on the SBBT bank that handles the refunds. It's not showing up on the IRS page yet. Is anyone else refund not showing up on the refund page

Mine is not showing up either yet. Glad to know I'm not the only one. All I've gotten was an acceptance letter too.

My isn't showing up either and I did mine on the 18th. It says something like you may not have entered the information correctly.

Ours is coming 1/29 just in time for our trip!

I filed mine 1/13, it was accepted on the 18th and its due to me on the 26th

I have never heard of them giving them out on a Tuesday?? Usually it's Friday

Filed mine yesterday, accepted today and it will be deposited on Feb. 5th, wooohooo thats the day we leave for Disney!!!!!

Last year I got mine on a Wednesday.

Mine is showing the 26th too. I would so love it if it was tomorrow.
I have some bills that I would love to pay by the end of the month.

We have already filed and awaiting funds too (2/5 was the date we got) can't wait so the trip can be paid in full so that I can move on to planning the details. Thank the Lord!

At the CPA firm where I work, if we efile a return and get an acceptance back from the IRS by Wednesday night, the refund is direct-deposited the second Friday, so about 9 days. If it's not accepted until Thursday, it will be the 3rd Friday (2+ weeks).

I have only seen the IRS make direct deposits on Fridays, but your bank may take longer to process it.

Wow, how did you get filed so fast? I'm still waiting for our W2's!1!!!

We always use our last check stub and we e-filed on 1/15. W-2 was received on 1/18 and they accepted my return that day as well so refund is due 1/29. We have an easy return with the standard deduction so we don't have to wait for any other tax documents.

Wow, that's great that some are getting them back so fast. I filed on Jan 15 through H&R Block online and it's been accepted. I never got an email direct from the IRS and nothing is showing up on their website. I hope I get it Friday like we are supposed to otherwise I will be bummed. We want to pay off the loan on our minivan.

Mine was accepted by the IRS on Saturday, yes Saturday, and according to the IRS website I should get my Direct Deposit on Friday the 29th. That is less than 1 week!

Mine was accepted on the 19th and was deposited into my bank account this morning! Now waiting for my state, which I just filed yesterday.
