


I finally lost 1 this week so I am 1/8. I can see the 190s on the horizon and am going to work really hard to make it there this week.

I stay within points for most of the week then I get frustrated because I haven't lost anything so I eat way over points. I then gain a couple of lbs which I have to lose during the week. I keep telling myself to stop doing that but then the food calls to me
