Wow, I didn't know there was a separate trip report forum! This has been posted before in another area but for those who haven't seen it yet here is my photo trip report from a 3 day trip a few weeks ago (09-11 Feb).
The weather was great, about 80 in the day and down to maybe 60 in the evening. WDW was pretty quiet, walk in to Tokyo Dining. The first evening I found a spot by the fence near Norway to watch Illuminations, only about 15 minutes before it started! Illuminations was short, no fireballs and less fireworks it seemed, but still fun.
I wandered around Epcot until about 10:15 taking photos with no one in the way, nice!
My room at Beach Club Villas had a great view of Spaceship Earth, behind The Land pavilion.
Day 2 started at the Studios, watching the streetmosphere and taking photos of whatever. Brown Derby was a walk-in for lunch, their great Cobb Salad. After the parade I went back to Beach Club to get my jacket and tripod for some evening photography, the headed to Contemporary for the sunset. The colors were not that good but I am still happy with some of the photos. Magic Kingdom was not very busy and after "Wishes" I hung around the castle to get some long exposure photos.
The buses were still running a little more than an hour after park closing but I didn't want to tempt it by staying any later.
Day 3 was another Magic Kingdom day and I stopped photographing long enough to get on a few rides. Then it was back to Epcot for the afternoon and back to Beach Club to catch Magical Express. A very short trip in all but one that resulted in some new photographs that I am happy with.
