February Park Hours??

Does anyone know what are typical park hours for February, particulary the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday before President's Day? Can anyone provide a link to historic hours for this time of year? I'm so used to going in the summer when the parks are open until at least 9pm, if not later.
