Feb - no crowds if you avoid Pres week and VERY mild weather!!!

Thats a no brainer, February is best....crowds are low, no large tour groups with singing kids, the weather is perfect!

February -- I would think that the weather would be much nicer, as well as July invites all of the summertime vacationers (kiddos out of school for summer break). :wave2:

February. No question. Even if you had to go President's Week, with all of the crowds, it would still be better than fighting the heat AND the crowds in July.

I have been in both February and July and I would say go in July just because you will have to fight the crowds in February and in July it is like dead. Also most of the times it is not that hot and if u do get hot than just go swimming. Also it is A lot cheaper because it is not peak season.

I have been both in early Feb. and mid July in 2005. We had a much better time in February. There were crowds in February, dance competition and some folks who were going to Jacksonville for the Superbowl. But the heat was unbearable in July. We were able to swim in the resort pools both trips.
We ended up spending more time in the pool in July though due to the heat.

February (but avoid the days around President's Day). Crowds are much less and the weather is wonderful. We live 1 1/2 hours from WDW and July is just too exhausting and hot to enjoy the parks. July is also much more crowded because families are on summer vacation. I think January and February are the best months in terms of weather, crowds and resort rates.

February. Any week other than Presidents week is empty, and the weather is nice, about 60's-80's. Very nice!!

July is very crowded and hot.

February! The weather in July is so much worse - not just the heat, but the humidity! (The humidity is even harder to take if you're not used to it.)

If you have a choice, go in February.

Is that your FINAL answer?

:goodvibes

I vote for Feb also. I haven't been in February, but I have in July and NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! The heat and humidity was too much. :sunny: Yuck. I have been at the end of January and it was beautiful. :thumbsup2

We can go either President's Week (although planning would be pretty rushed I think), the week of June 18th or the end of August. Any opinions on these dates? I know the summer months will be hot, but I don't want to wait in lines that are really long either. :wave2:
This is our first trip with our 3 kids ages, 9, 7 and 4. We went with our infant about 9 years ago in January. The weather was great! :)

Thanks for all of your votes! Our original plan was to go in July but about a month ago I approached DH and convinced him that Feb would be a better option - so that's what we've been planning. I don't know why I started to doubt myself! Actually, I was afraid if I made the wrong choice I'd never hear the end of it! ;) Thanks again!

February!

The heat and humidity of July can be dreadful. February is much, much better.

Glad to hear that you are switching to February. I think you'll be much happier with that choice!
