February hours question

We are looking to book a trip the first week of February. I noticed on the Disney calendar that on Tues. Feb. 5th they close at 7pm! That seems so early to me and it is the only day the whole month they close that early, the rest of the "regular" week days are 8pm. Any idea why they close and hour early that one Tuesday? Is is supposed to be super slow that day or maybe a private party?

Not 100% sure, but last year I remember they closed the park early one night for a private party for travel agents. I'd bet there is some corporate thing like that going on.

And on such occasions they opened extra early as in 6:30AM one day for regular hours. Not sure about Feb though.

I don't think so. Pirate & Princess Party happens at WDW, not DLR.

The park is opening an hour earlier than normal on Feb. 5 to make up for the time missed by closing early.

I still think it's a special group that has rented out the park that evening.
