February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

To try to make up for a "dietary disaster weekend" I did 80 mins on the stairmachine tonite. That puts me at 715/1000. I think I'm gonna meet my goal.
 

No exercise this weekend still recovering. Will be a slow week as well. Being sick is the worst!
 
60 minutes of hockey last night
60 minutes of aerobics this morning

745/1200 so far
 
30 minutes on the total gym for me. :) Not bad considering I've had a couple of slug days. :)

I'm up to 525/600.
 
65 minutes today. 15 minutes of weights and 50 minutes on treadmill.
 
I walked for an hour last night.

765/1000

I'm heading off on a mom's only getaway today and so I won't be able to post until I get back on Friday. We plan on doing lots of walking!
 
Add 60 walking for the weekend, and 60 Cardio + 20 weights for today, bringing me to a new grand total of:

870/1200 :cool1:
 
30 minutes of WATP yesterday + 45 today = 750!! :cheer2:

I can't believe I made it!!! Can I just sit back and relax the rest of the month? :rolleyes1

Please add 60 min for me today for a total of 260/600. I doubt I will make it for this month but I will keep going. :sunny:
 
I did 23 mins climbing stairs, plus 35 mins on the stairmachine, plus 10 mins on the ab lounger for a total 0f 68 mins today. total for feb is 783/1000.

Actually there may be more but I keep my log on paper and I left it home. We will be headed back tomorrow night so my next post will catch me up with any min. I have missed.

I do not know if I mentioned it here, but DH's Mom passed away on Mon, so I have been in Brooklyn all week for the funeral. I will really be glad to get back to :sunny: Florida :sunny: tomorrow! I have such a cold right now. I do not miss living in the northeast at all.

Wow, I've really neglected posting here. I'm up to 1045 as of today! Not too much further, hopefully I'll pass my goal. :thumbsup2
 
I am now at 610/1000 I did 50 minutes this morning and I forgot the 60 minutes on Sunday.
 
This week I did 270 minutes at the gym-120 on the elliptical and 150 on the bike! That puts me at 575 for the month. I think I can make this goal.
