30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. So now I'm 190/600
 
I was kind of a slacker yesterday, but I did get in my 40 minute lunchtime walk...

And just have to say I know where Boonshoft is too.

I live just north of Boonshoft and I do my outdoor walking in the area. I use the sidestreets from DeWeese Pkwy (front of museum) to Ridge Ave (back door) as my "hill" training. It is a nice bike/walking path.

Now to update my 75 minutes this morning. 60 tming and 15 stretching etc.

180/1200 for me - very slightly behind my average of 50 minutes a day - still plenty of Feb left to get that caught up :goodvibes
 
Oh, please count me in... because of the short month and we are moving on the 28th... does packing boxes count as excercise? I am going for 800 this month.
 
Thru last night I am 105/1000. I was too sore from Thurs training class to move yesterday.
 
I did some stretching and 3.4 miles wogging (my fastest yet!) this morning.

Keep up the great job, guys! WISH we could harness all this energy! :cool1:
 
I'm up to 165/750! :cheer2:

Step Class today 50 minutes, plus with the 50 degree day, I spent another 25 minutes outside walking! :yay:

Did another 30-minute treadmill workout. I have to start going to the gym. I get bored on the treadmill and the last 5 minutes are torturous. The gym has daycare, but only until 7. So, I hate the idea of picking the kids up from one daycare and taking them to another!! Maybe I can start getting out of work on time and use that time to go to the gym....I don't know I have to figure it out.

Anyway, I'm at 60 minutes - 10%!

30 minutes WATP for me.

I'm up to 140/600 (the most I've exercised in the last 4 months COMBINED!)
 
So far.....275 / 1500 minutes!
 
I skated hard for 20 minutes today. It was an outdoor rink & that was all my toes could handle! (can't find a shivering smiley!!)
as of 2/4: 140/1200
 
I got to the gym yesterday and did 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on the elliptical.

290/1500!! :banana:
