February Exercise Challenge - Your heart will applaud your efforts!

I finished the month at 1353/800.:goodvibes

I'm thrilled with the total, but I was inconsistent this week, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Got the time in, but with fewer, longer workouts. I can't decide which is better--frequency or duration.
 
I just wanted to say that I will be on later today to update my minutes for Feb. I was already behind with my posting and then we lost power for the past 3 days, so I haven't been able to be online. I am at work today and I forgot my journal, so I will have to update later tonight when I get home.......P
 

I forgot to update from Saturday.

Did 90 minutes for a final total of 1595/2000

Was a little short, but it was a short month ;)

Okay....

I finally have both internet AND electricity!! I will at least post how I finished the month, so that I know where I stand with my goal for February.

Of course.... I can't remember when I posted last.... so I need to go check.... be right back......

1366/1400. I ended the month a bit behind, but I'm okay with that. I did slack off my workouts near the end of the month because of school vacation and a head cold. I would like to think that otherwise I would have met my goal.

Now I'm off to update my March goal!!...........P
