February Discounts?

Can anyone recall discounts you received for a February WDW stay? We are planning a family trip for February 2008 to celebrate GD's 6th birthday. Last half of trip will be staying at DVC (AKL), and first half is split with 1/2 family going on Disney cruise and other half staying on property at WDW. We are trying to estimate costs for staying four nights in a value resort with possible discounts. Any rate information you were able to obtain will be helpful in our planning. Thanks,

This past Feb 2007 I went to WDW with the free water parks & more option on the ticket as part of a package. But last year they same promotion was later in the year, so not sure if they will repeat it next year at the same time.

We've gotten the park hopper upgrade, water parks and more and discounts on our room. We always book a package - not sure what the room only discounts were. The last 3 Jan/Feb's. we've been at AKL - you will LOVE it!!!

I'd start looking for discounts for that time frame sometime around aug - all the way up till jan.

I always check mousesavers and read the boards, if a discount comes out you can apply it to your ressie!! We are going in Feb. and booked at AKL - so I'm waiting for a discount too!!!
