February Busy??

How busy is Feb? Is it just around the president holiday or is the whole month busy? Sadly not asking for myself but my DH's boss. I was thinking the beginning of the month would be the best time to go.

The week Presidents' day is in is very crowded (and that crowd actually begins the Thursday to Friday before Presidents' Day). Otherwise, February usually has moderate size crowds with early February being the lightest of the month.
