hi all-- my dh is a teacher....so we are limited in when we can visit the world. Summer isn't much of an option b/c I don't manage the heat well and with DS2 and DD4, I think a hot humid trip would be too much.
I'm planning for '07 and wanted to go over February break. We would only do 4 nights and would probably do it Tue-Sat so as to avoid President's day weekend itself. After having read some recent trip reports I'm feeling a bit concerned that Feb week will be too crowded. Would Thanksgiving day thru the weekend be better?
We went recently March 30-April 2 and found MK (only park we did) to be pretty managable. It got crowded in the afternoon, so we would go to the hotel and rest and return at dinner time. This worked out ok, but if the crowds were much more than what we experienced, I think we'd have felt a bit overstressed.
Any thoughts appreciated!
