February And October questions

Which is the best time of year to visit WDW in terms of weather and crowd levels. I'm considering the week prior to President's Day or the middle two weeks of October. Can anybody help.

I have been in October before and it has never been too crowded

The week before Presidents day starts getting busy on the Thursday, up until then its very quiet. It will be cooler than October though.

October has the added advantage of the halloween festivities too

We always go in October and the crowds are usually OK + as already said Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a bonus - it's great!

I've been both times and if I had to chose would chose October.For the weather and halloween stuff as others have said.

Another vote for October

I've never been in February, but have visited a few times in early March and several times in October. The daytime temperatures can be similar (although Oct has usually been warmer for us), but it's in the early mornings and evenings we notice the biggest difference - in the spring we need a sweater (and often long trousers too), but in October it's usually just tee shirts and shorts from sunrise to sunset

I never really notice the crowds unless it's really, really busy (Easter / Christmas kind of busy), so can't give a personal take on that one, sorry.

we always go in February and it's not usually very busy. We didn't queue for long on any of the rides in the parks!
Luckily we have always had good weather! Sometimes the water parks close in February though.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I think I'll go for October as it will be a touch warmer with Hallowen too!!
