February 7th - 9th

I am thinking about a trip Saturday Feb 7th - Monday Feb 9th. The 9th is a holiday for California schools so I am wondering who has been to the parks on this 3 day weekend and is it usually busy? Are there any other winter breaks going on during this weekend? Thanks!

I'm in NorCal and haven't heard of this holiday...what is it? We do have mid-winter break (used to be known as ski week) the following week (16-20).

I'm in So Cal and we don't have a holiday on the 9th.

It is a Jewish holiday. It is not a holiday for most So Cal schools, but some of the local school in LA might have it off.

Lincoln's birthday, my daughters have the 9th off......and yes, you guessed it, I'm in San Diego. They're on the SDUSD traditional schedule. We've been going that weekend the last 6 years, only exception was last year. It is only marginally busier than a typical off-season weekend FWIW.

Lincoln's birthday, my girls have it off but I'm supposed to work.....we are thinking about it tho, very seriously. LOL
