to Laura and family!!!! I noticed that you are from Idaho. What town do you live in? My DD's boyfriend lives in Weiser, Idaho.

As Vanessa mentioned, we are planning to meet in the Promenade Lounge on Deck 3 at 3:00 p.m.

Vanessa..Too funny!!! DH had a bad dream last night but not cruise related. He said he was chasing 3 sick cats out of his mother's house. I woke up and he was twitching so I gently touched his arm. He told me this morning he almost hit me thinking I was a cat that had jumped on him. That would NOT have been funny!!!!

Thanks again for all the well wishes for my MIL. She continues to do well.

Chocokat, I know what room you are in (just 2 doors down from my sister), and we know what your door signs look like, so I will be placing a trip wire with bells on it so we know when you are leaving. ... and for those work projects, I'd go with the drink coasters first... those have to be a WAAAAY higher priority than some stupid web graphics...

Laura, from what I have read, the "photopass" on the ship is not like the real Photopass at the parks. They have just added a couple of kiosks where you can pick out and order your pictures. Supposedly they are linked to your KTTW card, although I have heard of mixed results - other people's pictures on your account, etc.

Dave, great news!! How many people can we fit on a cruise ship verandah?

So the kids and I have got our clothes all picked out for packing. Joanne will be doing the same today, so now it's just a matter of getting all the other miscellaneous crap together and cramming it all into suitcases (can you tell I'm a guy by the way I pack?).

Oh, and it looks like we are all trying to get sick so we can be over it in time for the cruise. DS is home today with a high fever , I have the sniffles and a scratchy throat, Joanne and DD are just getting over it.

Believe it or not DH and I had just been married a bit over a year, and he woke me up in the middle of the night with a kick that pushed me over the edge of the bed talk about rude awakening!

He told me he was dreaming that there were lizards everywhere all over him. He was very apologetic, but you can imagine how POd I was

He is deadly afraid of small lizards I was so angry he hasn't dared dream of lizards ever since

Beware the bells!!!

That bug has been making its rounds here too, 2 of the designers have been already hit by it, my boss is sorta avoiding it, and I know they have me down for the count next. But they can't break me!!! I have my sanitizer, my lyson and lysol wipes.

They won't take me down they can't, I have been waiting and dreaming of this trip for months and I won't let a little bug spoil my fun.

There can be only one!!! *Grabs lyson can and sprays her co-workers*

Me too! I started with sinus headaches this passed weekend and tried to will myself to not get sick! Still got the sniffles and a slight cough but I WON'T LET IT TAKE ME ALIVE!!

That's a crazy dream your DH had! I'm glad he didn't take a swing at you!

I told my DH about my "missing the boat" dream last night and he looked at me and said he had a dream we missed the boat too! Except in his dream, we got stuck in Atlanta! Our flight leaves Cali and stops in Atlanta, then from Atlanta to Orlando.

I told him I didn't like his dream MORE than mine cause his was more real! I told him he's not allowed to sleep anymore if he's gonna have dreams like that!

I'll tell you what I tell my kids as they fall asleep - try to dream about the deck parties, the characters, the food, the mickey bars, the kids clubs (you can substitue "bars" for that one), the fun and the beach.

SO....ENOUGH with the stress!!! Everyone breathe - deep slow cleansing breaths. In through your nose, out through your mouth. You and I will be on a boat in the middle of the ocean enjoying each other's company soon enough...*sigh*

You won't miss the boat, get swarmed by lizards, leave your docs in the car, or not pack enough. Trust me...you'll pack more than enough.

Everyone here at work is sick! My boss sounds horrible! She had to leave earlier to go to Target to get nose spray cause she couldn't breathe through her nose!

I am glad that everyone is gathering their clothing,getting their cruise docs and getting through the days at work until the days comes to depart for vacation!
I was wondering if anyone had planned to swim with the dolphins in Tortuga? I was looking into going on my own because the excursion is so expensive. Has anyone ever done this activity?

I'm just joining back on these boards since it's almost cruise time, so I'm practically new here too! I've been swamped at work trying to keep my job.... but me, DH and DS 5 are looking forward to a vacation and meeting you all. I see the meet is Promenade Lounge at 3pm? I've tried to catch up on the 100+ pages, but there's a lot! Are we doing a fish extender exchange or anything? Just didn't want to miss out on anything.

So many crazy dreams!

I so badly want to pack but I have 20ish people coming over on Saturday for my DDs birthday! I really need to focus on that this week. Then the deep breath and I can get out the suitcases!

My job has been a little crazy as well this past month. I am suppose to be researching a problem for someone else I thought in my down time. I haven't had any down time lately so I haven't started the research. This morning I had an e-mail suggesting someone thought I was deep in it and was going to stop by today to see what I have discovered so far. UMM NOTHING! So quick trip to my bosses office to help prioritize and now the projects that were logging me on nights and weekends are not due until 2 weeks AFTER the cruise! All I have to do is the research for 2 weeks! I like research! It's like a big giant puzzle so I am very happy and stress free at work.

Oh gosh, I am so excited already I can barely summon enough sense to go to sleep!!!

I need to stop reading TR's, looking at photos and go lay down. Talk some sense into me people! I need to make it to embarkation day without looking like a zombie

We leave in a week, have not started packing. I still have to find a pair of capris somewhere. Being in MN it might be difficult! Right now we are at CBR for a few days before, daughter wants to stay at AKL but I can't see paying $400 a night as I got CBR for $124, maybe if I win the lotto betweeen now and next Wednesday!
