Hey everyone,

It is a LONG way off, but for the last two cruises we have been on, I have booked the "secret" room in the back of Palo for brunch. It seats 14 people and is somewhat walled off from the rest of the place.

It's wonderful; we get personalized service and I like to do it on Sunday morning to get our cruise off to a great start. Last year (Brenda or Johnna, please chime in) we laughed ourselves into hyteria at "Hairy Man" on Deck 11. Was one of the funniest moments on the cruise.

So be thinking about it; I cannot register the room until 30 days to sailing time (I think), but it is something not to be missed.

Count us in on the Palo Brunch!!!!!

That was a highlight for us that cruise as well, (if you don't count meeting the Story's ) AS far as "Hairy Man" goes...yes that was funny, esp when Ken went out there and tied his shoe by them...I was seriously crying, I was laughing so hard!!!!!!

BUT,(always has to be a BUT!!!)... I must admit, I felt sorry for the couple outside the window (if they only knew the view they were giving us )
Which for all you first time Disney Cruisers...you may want to make note that the windows in Palo are mirrored windows..you can see out, but you can't see in...which isn't a big deal, UNLESS... you are on the outside of the window in a lounge chair, sunning yourself, with the end of your lounge chair about 10 feet away, pointing towards a group of people having brunch
Let's just say...that the room Mark is talking about definitely came with a view that day..not necessarily a picturesque view (although people inside were taking pictures lol!!!)

Night before cruise...I haven't made any reservations as of yet..but (there's that "but" again lol) we will be staying at the Raddison...my girls Love the pool there, this last cruise, we meet some friends there..ordered pizza, had some drinks and the kids swam, our official start to vacation !!!!!
We will plan to fly in on Friday

Hope everyone is having a good week..spring is having a hard time getting here...we have some really nice day's, only to be followed by windy /snowy and COLD days (which is what we have today)!!!!

Mark - count Trent and I in for brunch, that sounds like it would be really fun. I had no idea that the glass was mirrored. Our meal at Palo was late evening, so it was dark outside. I really hope that photos of me are not in somebody's holiday album.....

Time to wake up.

We stayed at the CI&S (did I already say that?). It was nice but I'd like to try a different place this time.

We did a Palo brunch in that room on the first cruise we went on. It sounds like you all had a fun. Us not so much. The people were, how shall I put this nicely, stuffy. I couldn't wait for it to end. It was the longest couple of hours of my life.

So pretty happy yet depressed at the same time New Jersey Nets were eliminated from the playoffs, Devils lost to the Rangers are why I am depressed. Why I am happy Yankees beat Red Sox, they can lose any game I am only really happy when they beat Boston

yeah I know , I don't really care though, I pretty much hate baseball besides when the Yankees win, and it is only the beginning of the season anyway nothing really matters, now for Devils to win it matters, so rooting for them more now

I just was reading that the other day. Man that is some Hate going on. I thought the Dodger-Giant thing was bad, but man that takes the cake. I was reading the Stankeeies, uh I ment Yankees, want to press charges on the worker. Still That is some serious hate. I love it. God bless the grraets game of them all..................BASEBALL

That is right. And that is some serious Hate. I love it. I wish the story broke after tthe stadium opened so the shirt would be there. Oh well. This is a great story.

My Wed will be going very will in about two hours when I am siting down at my fave pre game hang out with some beer and food. Then off to Dodger Stadium for my first trip of the year there We get free blankets tonight. Oh and the Yankees still stink.

see, I don't like baseball I just like the fans fighting about Yankees and Red Sox, if I had to choose I'd go with the Yankee fans, but I don't choose anyway it's just fun to see what goes on when the teams play each other. Now Nets vs Celtics I'd bite your head off if you say anything about the Nets , not just kidding
