Hello everyone!

How is this for a plan...

-Delete AQW as we don't even have a cabin number.

-Leave sharen24 & disneygirlinphoenix on the list as "unconfimed" and just make it completely optional is you want to plan to leave them gifts. I will provide them with the FE cabin list and a gift on that first night. If you have extras and/or want to include these two rooms, then by all means bring stuff for them - but if you are making or ordering or spending money on your gift, then don't worry about it. It's 100% up to you. (Personally I will include them in my handmade gift since I just made them all assembly style and had plenty of materials, but I will not include them on another gift that is a bit pricey since they may not even be there!)

If everyone is okay with that, then I can send out the "final draft until sailaway" to your emails!

Sounds like a plan to me! My DD and I have spent the afternoon assembling the outer packages of our gifts, and I am getting ready to order the custom inside part...I am probably going to plan on those 2 NOT being there, since you haven't heard back.

If you add develizweb to the main list then I will do gifts for them as well. I don't think there will be many people wanting to join in a second group now as it is a bit late. So maybe if they are added to the first list people can choose if they'd like to include them or if they have already sorted their gifts then not include them. Hope that makes sense!!

I just found this website, booking my trip 173 days ago, anxiously waiting, alone. Why have I not found you before now. I just went to the store to get fabric to make my own fish extender. We live in Canada and cannot get one in time.

Yep I don't mind how many more join, just need them confirmed within a week or so of travelling so I can make sure all the gifts are finished in time

I had told develizweb that I could add them in as an "optional" list for people to exchange with as long as they were willing to give to everyone. Then the idea was suggested for the second group to be put together. I like this idea even better because then they don't have to provide for gifts for those who won't be exchanging with them. Personally I am not going to be doing the same stuff for both groups because I only have supplies for who signed up on our cut-off date.

My vote is to not add people into the main list since we don't have all 30 some people agreeing to it. BUT I would be fine with either having them as optional or making a second group (this second group can be full of people doing both, not like it's only for the new people). I'm totally fine either way - or any other suggestions. My only objection is adding new people to the first list as normal participants.

We are happy either way...although not a lot of people are responding to be part of the second group.

If we end up being optionals on the main list that would be great too...even if my kids only get some gifts I know they will have just as much fun handing out our gifts.

Hi...I have only been here today and am not sure of the rules...total newbie...can someone let me in? Is there a final list printed out of the rooms and such so we know where to go? Or do I track it...What are some ideas of things to put in as gifts? Any help would help. I am making my way through previous posts as well...
