That would be fantastic. I keep going back to buy more 'supplies' as cruisers are added. I want to finish my project, and make sure there is enough for everyone!

I think we need to set a deadline - this came up on the main board. Is anyone against that? How about we give it another week as a heads up and say Jan 20th is the drop dead date for joining the FE group?

I like the idea of the deadline; I'm buying my supplies this wkend.

If I've counted correctly, there are 47 Adults, 36 kids - kid breakdown goes like this:
13 little girls, 2 teen girls (15) & 18 little boys 3 teen boys (21)

I suppose I should start my gifts!! yippee - I ordered my FE from eBay - we are 'official'!

SUPER excited...it's all coming together!!

you can do whatever you want! Daily to just once... And everything in between! It probably depends on what you are giving also, but it's completely in your hands.

I *think* my plan is to have three rounds - but if it takes forever to pass them out, then i'll combine the last two.

Yep - we'll for sure have a master list. There's chat on the main thread about setting up a day 1 meetup. We'll have to figure out a way to get any last minute cabin changes out to everyone.

I'm gonna send a PM to everyone who signed up here to confirm that they are still in (and get any missing info). I think things will be following into place soon!!!

Michelle - check your email I just sent the Master List. Not sure the best way to get it to everyone - can't send attachments via PM?

We should close the list at this point - it's pretty long. Though, there are a handful of people that I'm not sure are still interested as they haven't responded. Not sure how other FEs have worked to confirm who is in/out - can anyone provide feedback on how we might get a "final-final" list based on who's "in". I have a feeling there are a handful that might have to drop out for whatever reason.

The map is perfect - great idea.
