February 25, 2006 Western Magic Cruisers!!

Quick question ........... If you have passports, do you still have to bring your birth certificates? I think that I read something from Disney implying that you still did. OK, it's official, I'm on information overload!!!!!! {insert smilie falling over here!}

Thanks!

Another quick question for those in the know ............ We have a late seating (8:15 or 8:30 PM). Given this, will we miss a lot of the things going on? Example, miss most of the pirate party but hopefully make the fireworks, not be able to find seating in the adult bars, etc????

Thanks again!
(Friday can't get here fast enough now..............)

No, if you have passports then birth certs are not necessary. You still need DL's (or photo IDs).

We've never had late seating on DCL, but there should be enough time to finish dinner before the major evening events. You shows will be before dinner.

Looking at the Navigator,
1st seating has late shows,
2nd seating has early shows
most events don't seem to start til 9:30,
probably after 2nd seating ends

Even Pirates night starts at 9:45 pm

So, who thinks that we will hit 100 pages before Saturday?
Funny you say that because I was wondering the same thing last night!! :rotfl: With the way this thread has been going lately, I am sure that we will make 100 pages easily!! :thumbsup2

If you don't hear back from Ivan/David, e-mail them directly instead of filling out the form you should hear back the same day or next day.

We were on the February 11/2006 Western Cruise, as we are Castaway club members we received a Tote Bag, coupon book - 2 for 1 drinks, buy one get on free bingo cards, buy one get one free floats at Castaway Cay, etc.

You can go to the early shows if you have late seating, we had late seating and with a DS 4 he slept through dinner most nights, I requested back in July early seating and never did get it. As for the Pirate night we had no problems watching the show and seeing the fireworks.

Thanks Disneymum! I'll send them a note when I get home today if they haven't responded already . . .

Also, thanks for the first-hand info. It's really helped with the planning . . .

Sorry to post again:
Someone had a question about excursions. Your KTTW card is charged on the day of the excursion, as well as any spa treatments that you may have booked.

As well we booked our Cayman Island Tour through DCL and as the waves were too rough in Grand Cayman we couldn't anchor in Georgetown and had to anchor in Spotts Bay. The bus picked us up in Spotts bay and Disney also gave us transfers to get a bus from where we docked to Georgetown and back again in case we wanted to go into town to shop.

OH Rick... I clicked on your link about the coupon books and then I start reading forgetting that I'm on another page and I'm like.. Who ARE all these people? ha ha ha ha ha :lmao: Needless to say I figured it out at the bottom when I didn't see any additional pages. Oops! :rotfl2:

I agree Jeff. It seems that we average about 2-3 pages per day. I'll make sure to post on our way out the door on Friday morning (before I shut down the computer).

Just setup the DVRs yesterday to keep 2 sets of our Friday and Saturday shows. Our staging pile is getting bigger and bigger each day. Soon it will be time to put it all in the correct suitcases.

That what makes yours so special... everytime you go in & out of that room, your kids will know that is the family sign... not just one mom printed up
