What are your thoughts of going President's week February 2020. This year is didn't look so bad, but wondering if the new Star Wars area at HS is going to bring more of a draw and I should wait it out a little bit?

It's school vacation week for MA and other states in New England, if that matters.

We really can't predict anything until GE opens.

Go when you want to go and be prepared for anything and everything.

This year it was rather busy President's Day Weekend, but if it's a time of year that works best for you, go ahead and go for it. Like the other poster said, nobody really knows what affect the new Star Wars areas will have. Most assume it will bring in lots of crowds and cause everything to be busier, but we just don't really know the overall impact yet.

Any Holiday tends to be busier.
Next year, I suspect it will be extremely busy. SWGE will have opened about 2 months prior and I expect the parks to be very crowded (more than usual) for at least several months after.

A 5 hour wait for FOP on President's Day didn't look so bad? I have to ask your definition of bad then, just curious.

We just returned from President’s Week, it was very crowded. Lines were insane but if you have a good plan, it’s doable. President’s week is our typical time we go because we have that week off (NY) and for our next trip we are considering EMM or DAH due to the crowds.

My friends who were there said it was horrible. We are still planning to go next year but arriving on Monday {actual President's Day} and planning to buy extras like above to get at least some less crowded time. Our kids are 10 years apart and we're getting to the end of time where our daughter will be at home so it is what it is.

We were there for President’s Day Weekend (Wed before thru day after). It was better than I expected (and what I’m used to in summer crowds).

We were at AK the day of the 5 hour FoP wait (but had FP). The rest of the Park seemed normal.

Go early, with a plan and use refresh for extra FP.
