we went in march and it was sorta crowded but nothing like spring break crowded. Feb seems to be the least amount crowded that I have noticed.

84 days!!! I never though double digits would come and here I am just 2.5 months out (it'll have been 18 months between trips which is TORTURE!!!!) and I try not to think about it so time will go by quicker.

Just booked DS and I back at our beloved Pop for 2/4 - 2/12, and am practically dancing around the room. We haven't been for more than 4 or 5 days since he was 7 (he's 14 now), and we are WAY excited about being able to see and do everything we want without rushing like crazy. And to be back at Pop is, well...

Our new dates are 2/9-2/14...hopefully there will be no conflicts!!!

We're also hoping that these dates will be a Value Season. The V.S. ended on 2/12 the past 2 years, but since President's Day is a week later this time (it's not till 2/21), we are hoping the V.S will extend through our travel dates.

Anyone know what the "average" highs for temps in Feb?? I know last year was unusually cold....what is it normally like? Trying to decide between Feb school vaca or April school vaca

Feb. 9th - 16th here! DBF & I will be staying at POP for both of our first trips!

if it is going to be a repeat of Valentines Day 2010... it was cold!!! But I was comfortable... locals were wearing ear muffs and gloves...

I'm one of those weirdos who hopes it IS cold!! Can't stand the heat... it drains the will to live right out of me, lol. I don't know how people go to WDW in the summer -- I honestly don't think I could do it even if they gave me a free trip.

And the way I look at it, you can always throw on another layer if it's chilly out... so bring on the cold February, lol.

We'll be there! I'm getting married at WDW on February 12th.. my family will be a 2BD Villa at BLT the 9th-15th, and DF+I will be at the GF the 12-14th

I'm going somewhere within the 2/11-2/17 time frame, probably 2/11-2/16. SO excited, I'll be at POP and it's one I haven't stayed at before but it sounds great (plus I'm going to request the 50's building to stay close to the buses!).

We've changed our plans a bit since I first posted this. We are skipping the first part of our trip because of work commitments, but extending the Pop stay until 2/16, right after our 4 night cruise on Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, Dream!

It will be DH and me, veterans of countless trips to WDW (even stayed at Pop Century on opening night) and 10 year old granddaughter, also a WDW vet. This trip is her Christmas present. We booked it back in February, 2010, and have managed to keep the surprise so far!

Got approved days off of work yesterday to take a quick trip w/ the fam to AKV Kidani!!!! First Stay at AKV! Booked in a standard studio from 2/1-2/5 to surprise my niece at her bday dinner at Chef Mickey! Can't wait to see her face!!

My 14 yo son and myself will be there at the BC from Feb 5-10 for a "Mom and Me" trip then moving over to Hard Rock Hotel from Feb 10-13 at Universal Studios to check out Harry Potter Land before heading home.

Hello all! Happy Holidays! We will be in WDW at Coronado Springs from Jan31-Feb 5. This trip was originally scheduled for November as a surprise Birthday gift for our youngest. Some other "real life" stuff came up and we were unable to afford it at the time...so we re-scheduled for our new dates, at a moderate we haven't tried yet. I have changed resorts three times, and dining ressies um...well too many times to count! I still haven't firmed those up yet. I drive my dh crazy asking him where he'd like to eat, then I come back at him a couple days later with new plans. He's so patient with my crazy, obsessive planning. Probably because our last two trip were really incredible based in part on all my research and planning (and countless hours of reading here)! We are soo excited! This vacation will still be a surprise to the little guy. I'll be waking him up that Monday morning and telling him then. Here's to a magical trip for everyone-no matter what you're celebrating!

We are surprising our kids as well. I have been telling them all this year we could not afford another trip this year ( technically Im not lying as it will be next year). Keeping it a surprise has been pretty hard since I want to scream from the rooftop that we are going. Thank God for this place and good friends who don't mind listening to me ramble on.
