We are finally booked, our last cruise was February 2005 and we loved it, we are ready for another one, I will be travelling with DH and DD 11 and DD9 (those will be their ages at the the time of the cruise)..... :sunny:

2/17/07**Us too! But w/3 boys ages 15, 13, and 10 when we sail. We sailed Feb. 05 too-did the 3 night during school break and loved it. My DH, who wasn't thrilled with past cruises we took (non-DCL) was not to excited to re-book. BUT HE was the one who practically dragged me (although very willing to be dragged) down to book a 7 NT while on board. We're wicked psyched (yes, I'm from MA), and the kids are too! Booked connecting CAT 8 rooms like last time. I hate to have to wait so long to book excursions, etc... I'm rambling-done now! Have a happy day!! :cool1:

We'll be there, I think! I really won't know for sure until we get our 06-07 school calendar. Ou winter break does not always fall during President's week, so I just crossed my fingers and went ahead and booked, hoping I guessed correctly! It will be me, DH, and our 2 boys, who will be 15 and 17 at the time.

I am really excited about the cruise even if it is 480 days away, we really enjoyed our last cruises, we started with a 3 day then did an Eastern then a Western on the Magic, and I think that they were our best family vacations..... My husband loves to scuba dive so he is happy, and the girls and I just love hanging out together. We are staying in a cat 9, which we loved. We certainly have a lot of time to plan. :sunny:

Glad to know you enjoyed your cat 9 room! This is our first time staying in a cat 9 after staying in a cat 6 and a cat 8. I was a little worried about "noisy rooms" and was wondering it it was worth it to change to a cat 8. We are in room 2034 this time, which looks like it is under just the corner part of the bar upstairs. Are you familiar with this area? Do you remember having any problems with noise?

We will be neighbors we are in 2028, we were in 2608 last time and enjoyed it but thought that it was noisy from the kitchen above, the 2 rooms that we are in are not in the noisy room list, so I am hoping for the best.

Mouseclick, are you sure that you actually have that room booked I was playing with the Disney reservation and they are showing 2034 as available.

Everyone in my family griped because they really liked the location we had on our last cruise, so I ended up switching rooms. I didn't really care either way. We are now on the 7th floor in room 7010, which is the same room we had for last year's cruise. It is just a quick hop up the stairs to the adult pool for me & DH, and the basketball court for the boys.

Count us in too! We sailed on the Feb vacation 2005 cruise, and agreed to go again in 2007. DS will be a senior in HS, and be accompanied by DH and I. We booked 6134 for the second time. That's one of the "obstructed" verandas. We really liked it.

Hi fellow cruisers! :wave2:

Just giving this a bump up to see if anyone else is joining us yet!

Am I the only one acting like this cruise is coming up this February, and not over a year away?! We are going to WDW during President's Week '06, and I swear I am doing more planning for the cruise that our upcoming trip! :boat:

We are also going to WDW during President's week, I had originally scheduled a cruise for 2006 but had to cancel, but we still needed sunshine and our disney fix in the middle of winter.

LOL! You are as addicted as I am!!! :rotfl:

I have the packing list done, preferred excursions written down,
PALO and excursion dates (to register) on my calendar (Palm-don't have the 07 hanging yet!), saving plan (aka saving and spending budget) done, airlines cheapest days of the week researched, as well as flight times, etc. Hotels researched, plans for days before and after cruise researched, rental car researched....

Basically, if it can be planned, I have done it, or have the prep work done so I can do it as soon as I can. BUT I plan what I can, and go with the flow on the actual cruise-no stress once I get on that ship.

I am on these boards WAY more than I should be, which still isn't enough as far as I'm concerned.

I am so glad the holidays are coming. Time will fly between now and January. I am jealous of you though, because for the first time in a long time, we are staying put in Massachusetts this February vacation :cold:

Isn't it nice to know that others are as nuts as you are?? My DH and 3 DS's have accepted it, and love me despite my addiction :goodvibes

mouseclick1 and christinou: DH, DS and I will be in FL for President's week too. We're renting a condo at Windsor Palms and flying Allegiant Air for the first time from Worcester. Just have to use a few more days on those APs (which always burn a hole in my pocket!).

I justified purchasing APs for this trip hoping to spend a couple days at WDW before our cruise! :teeth: We will be staying at BWV during President's week, and probably adding one more night somewhere else. I'm waiting to get my AP voucher in the mail so I can check out annual pass resort rates. We haven't been down to WDW since Christmas 2003, so I am getting pretty excited!

dgaston- Have you ever flown from Worcester? If so, how was it? If not, please let me know when you return. We refuse to fly from Logan--too crazy! We usually fly out of Manchester, but Worcester is just as close to where we live. It will probably come down to $$ and flight times/layovers.

That is funny, we are also going because we have AP, our last day to use them is February 24.....

Sue: I'll let you know when we return. We usually fly SWA, but Allegiant had low fares as they announced their Worcester to Sanford flights, so I gave up waiting for SWA to open the schedule. Good thing too, it was really pricey when I checked the rates for Feb vacation. We fly from Providence or Hartford, most often PVD.

I hope that you all had a great Thanksgiving, and I am just giving the thread a bump......

Debbie: How did you find info. for Allegiant? The Massport and Worcester Airport sites say there are no flights going from Worcester on Allegiant at all. I think I am missing something, but can't figure out what it is...
