Thank you! Any way to find out which MDR you're actually in on which day? Or can you only find that out once you get on board? Thanks again. :)

You find that out when you board the ship and get your KtTW card. You can put in a request for a certain rotation but it is only a request. It is tough trying to figure out when to make Palo ressies!

Would one of you please explain the fish extenders to me Sarai will be 15, is she too old to participate?

Hello, all!

We just booked this cruise to celebrate my partner's 60th birthday on 2/19. This will be DCL #12 for us. We are about to do #10 & 11, Vancouver to LA with a back to back Panama Canal crossing.

The Feb cruise will only be our second Fantasy voyage. The others have been on the Magic & Wonder.

Hi Nobbi and Jack
I'm pleased to say Hello to you from Manchester England. :thumbsup2 We'll also be celebrating on the cruise, I'm 60 just a few days after the end of our holiday. :cheer2: The same day is also Bryan and my 35th Wedding Anniversary. :cloud9: A few weeks before is my daughter Elisa's 30th birthday, and her and Terry's 5th anniversary. So it will be a real family celebration, as our younger daughter Hannah is also coming. Maybe we can meet up for some celebratory bubbly!!party:

Hi
We will be going on this cruise as well.

We are my Husband Rasmus, Myself Christina and our two sons Thomas age 7 and Jakob age 5½ months.

We would like to participate en a FE-exchange.

Would one of you please explain the fish extenders to me Sarai will be 15, is she too old to participate?

Fish extenders are hung outside your cabin door. There are usually 'pockets' on the fish extender 'representing' each person in the cabin.

Fish extenders can be homemade or purchased. I saw some on Etsy recently.

As a group, we need to have everyone who would like to participate 'sign up'. The first time I participated there was an excel spreadsheet on our Cruise Meets thread and you just entered your information. The information that is important to have are the names, ages for children, and cabin number. Then, you make or purchase little gifts for each person or cabin. You bring the gifts with you on the cruise and pass them out to the other participates.

I had a fun time the first time doing this. It allowed me to get to know the ship well since I had to walk all over the place.

The biggest issue I had was that people changed cabins and I didn't have the updated list to know where the other members were. I did walk around and just put my items in 'stray' fish extenders but I had personalized my gifts and if the fish extender didn't have a name or names on it, it made it tough.

It's a fun activity to do while onboard. I still use many of the gifts I received from the creative bookmarks that people made to the passport covers that were homemade and Mickey themed (adorable!).

Hi everyone,
I can not believe in less then 5 months we will be setting sail!!!!
I would love to get started compiling the list of people who would like to participate in the Fish Exchange.
So please post the following information if you are interested:

Names of people in cabin
ages if there are children
if anyone has food allergies ie peanut...
Example:
cabin 6090
